Mrs. JiLeigha Kelly is a wife, mom, and professional makeup artist based in Indianapolis, IN. She has owned and operated Glam Galore x JiLeigha D’Neice Since April of 2019.  JiLeigha is devoted to serving woman globally by spreading her gift of makeup. She does makeup lives throughout social media that reach women who love the beautiful and transformative power of professionally placed makeup. JiLeigha offers an array of services that include: makeup applications, makeup consultations, makeup lessons both virtually and in person, bridal makeup and much more.  In January 2022, JiLeigha partnered with Pink-4-Ever Ending Disparities to provide on site makeup services to survivors. She is a firm believer that  when you look your best, you feel your best. Makeup does more than simply changing one’s appearance, it also gives light to the soul reminding every woman that a queen can be beautiful both inside and out.
