I'm JiLeigha Kelly — a professional makeup artist, beauty educator, licensed minister, and the founder of Glam Galore x JiLeigha D'Neice, established in Indianapolis, Indiana in April 2019. With a genuine passion for women's confidence and well-being, I provide professional makeup applications and offer both individual and group instruction — equipping my clients with the skills to present themselves with excellence every day.

My heart for women extends beyond the chair. As a licensed minister, I believe beauty and faith go hand in hand — and that serving women well means nurturing both. I partner with organizations like Pink-4-Ever to bring makeup services and encouragement to women across the country, offering beauty as a form of support and empowerment.

I hold a background in Music Education and Business Administration from Indiana State University, and I bring that same discipline and artistry to every client I serve.
